THE UPs

Black & Gold fever is rampant in Pittsburgh as the Steelers return to the Superbowl for the first time in 16 years. Winning 8 of their last 9 regular season games, then defeating the Buffalo Bills and Indianapolis Colts in the playoffs, the Steelers will face long time rivals, the Dallas Cowboys, in Superbowl XXX.

THE DOWNs

The Flood of 1996

Heavy snowfall over the past two weeks combined with temperatures in the low 60s produced the worst flooding the area has seen since Hurricane Agnes in 1972.
